• Free Plan: Downloaded files are for personal, non-commercial use only. Commercial use of any downloaded content is strictly prohibited.
• Paid Plans (Creator, Professional, Enterprise): You are granted a license to use downloaded files for commercial purposes, including but not limited to videos, games, podcasts, advertisements, and other commercial projects.

Violation of these commercial use restrictions may result in account termination and potential legal action.

8. Subscription and Payments

Paid subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. You may cancel your subscription at any time, but no refunds will be provided for partial billing periods.

9. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

10. Modifications to Terms
